Francesca joined Blythswood Associates in 2020 following five years’ working for a large bank and within several customer focused departments in a bank including mortgage services, international services and the complaints department.
I bring exceptional customer services experience from handling queries from clients and providing great administrative support for a busy office. Being Client Experience Liaison at Blythswood Associates means that I can help the company build close relationships with clients, which is something I really enjoy.
I enjoy working with people and being able to help make the client experience with Blythswood Associates first class.
When I am away from the office, I enjoy spending my time with my family, friends and boyfriend. I enjoy travelling and going on holiday when possible. I like to socialise and meet new people and I believe that these personal attributes fit well with my role as Client Experience Liaison.
