I have over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector and have held senior client services roles that focus on and support the back-office function.
My role allows me to concentrate on the detailed procedures and processes that are required to ensure transactions are processed efficiently. I have strong attention to detail and can use my exceptional organisational skills to complete any back-office work to help the day-to-day back-office administration run smoothly. I really enjoy speaking to clients regularly when they phone or come into the office. Over the years, I have built a good relationship with clients when they phone or visit the office. I like being part of an innovative and passionate team who share the same values as I do on quality service for clients to ensure the client’s journey is the best. I enjoy working closely with the Advisers and the Client Experience Team in the office.
I like to continue to develop my technical and practical knowledge and skills and this means that I regularly complete the necessary learning modules that our firm delivers on areas such as money laundering, compliance and administration processes.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and travelling as well as spending time with family and friends.
