We are a firm that believes that responsible management is important and giving back to the communities in which we and our clients live and operate in.
‘People First’ is one of our core values at Blythswood Associates. For corporate social responsibility, this means that we are committed to working with and giving back to our local communities and making a difference to people’s lives and for those who need it the most through raising money for charities that are close to our hearts. Later this year, we will be raising funds for charity through events and team initiatives including a team building day where we will climb Ben Lomond.
‘’We have a fantastic team at Blythswood Associates. Together we are committed to making our firm a fantastic place to work where all our people thrive inside and outside of work. This challenge will be a great event for our team, pulling together to walk Scotland’s most southerly Munro and for a great cause.
Watch this space for more photos and information as our team starts to train and raise money towards the event."
As a Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, we are proud to support St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation and raise funds. The Foundation has been helping those in need since 1992 and has raised and distributed over £93 million to thousands of charities registered in the UK. We are putting plans to launch a series of events where Corporate Social Responsibility plays a key part in the event; raising money for good causes that gives back to communities and people who need it the most.
We believe in educating people about all things financial planning. More importantly, we are committed to offering primary school children to understand and take control of their finances and give them the skills to manage their financial futures. We do this by delivering fun and engaging Money Matters and Moneyssentials Educational Workshops through Red Start. Red Start are an organization that Blythswood Associates has partnered with and who believe in helping young people to be financially responsible for their futures. So far, they have helped over 3000 kids in the UK via their educational workshops. In 2020, Blythswood Associates will be rolling out workshops across local schools and helping children understand the importance and the basics of managing their money. We hope that our efforts will not only assist young people understand the basics of managing their finances but ultimately make a positive and lasting contribution to their future.
